Throwback from last year: the busy streets of New York that is not so busy anymore because of #coronavirus .
It’s happening in North America.😷
People are starting to stock up supplies here in Canada, toilet paper 🤔, food, sanitizers, something I went through in Hong Kong over a month ago. And of course I wasn’t able to find any alcohol wipes or sanitizers at the local drug store. But even without sanitizers, we can still take good precautions:
- avoid wearing fur or wool
- avoid body contact if possible
- wash your clothes and shower from head to toe when you get home
- avoid crowded space
- don’t touch your face and eyes
- stay healthy, work out
- take your vitamins
- don’t panic and stay positive
- wash hands, wash hands, wash hands (with soap!!!!)
We can and we will make it!!!
